If the booking total is less than $1400 then for for an additional charge of $200 we can arrange all sheets, bath towels, pillow slips etc Otherwise you can byo but it's 6 washing machine loads of towels and linen and a boots worth to lug away!

We have our own private boat ramp only for kayaks and people , and you can moor your boat in the backyard! (A boat ramp is also conveniently located just 200 meters away). Direct beach access ensures a seamless and tranquil experience. Our property operates on tank water which is safe to drink but if you’re concerned you can buy water from Coles at Tea Gardens. You can also boil the water and put in the fridge.. An initial supply of toilet paper is provided, and free WiFi.
