「What a Lovely Retreat!!! We had such a nice time here as a family. Things we forgot...they'd already thought of it! Coming in to find flowers, snacks and essential toiletries was a bonus to an already amazing place!!We enjoyed the balcony the most...the trees, the views...the Elk!! Communication with the owners was Great!! They were so patient when we thought we might have to cancel after a medical emergency...then when I couldn't find information they had clearly provided. Lovely town, people...

「Both a rustic and modern cabin. Gorgeous ceiling and siding of tongue-and-groove pine, yet well insulated. Lots of comfortable seating areas inside and outside. Working WiFi. Birds and squirrels are fun to watch from the covered back porch. On the way there from Payson, we saw open range cattle and 3 elk. Clean place. Outstanding owner communication. Very private, yet seems like acres of outdoor space next to a stream. Fully outfitted kitchen is family-friendly. Cards and games and magazines to...

「Awesome home tucked away in the hills just outside of downtown Payson. House was clean and had everything we needed. Just the two of us and our dog went on multiple hikes in the surrounding area. Would love to come back in the winter if we could. Host was very helpful and informative. Thank you Sheila and family for letting us stay at your awesome place!」

「We loved how cozy and fully stocked the cabin is. All we needed to bring is food and drinks. The grill is clean, the fire pit is super nice and the fire wood was already provided. Super quiet except for the sounds of the bubbling creek and birds of all kinds, beautiful scenery. The cabin is amazing with big t.v's in each room and the fire place sets it off. Thank you, it was the best birthday gift i have had in years a few days to unplug and feel alive again.」
