Should you decide to visit the picturesque town of Pinehurst, then look no further? Perched in Pinehurst, is less than a half mile from The Pinehurst Resort, and is nestled between Golf Course #5 and The Harness Track. If you are attending a function at The Fair Barn, driving will be optional, because you can easily walk across the street. If you have come for golf, the Pinehurst Country Club is within walking distance. In addition, you will find plenty of wonderful shopping and dining opportunities nearby.
Perched in Pinehurst is perfect for golfers, equestrians, couples, solo adventurers, business travelers or anyone else traveling to Moore County (Pinehurst, Southern Pines and Aberdeen). As local owners, we are available to share our knowledge and experiences to insure you have an unforgettable experience.

Sisters weekend
Enjoyed Charlotte's Perched in Pinehurst. Property was nicely decorated, clean and great location. My sister and I had a lovely weekend in Pinehurst/Southern Pines. We didn’t cook but the kitchen appeared to have everything required to prepare meals. We were literally minutes to restaurants and shops in both in Pinehurst and Southern Pines. Would definitely return.

Perfect for Fair Barn event
This is a wonderful property. Very clean, excellent communication and the bed was SO comfortable. We walked to the Fair Barn for an event and it took less than 5 minutes. We would absolutely stay here again.

First visit to Pinehurst
We had a wonderful first visit to Pinehurst and were thrilled to be so comfortably and conveniently located near all of the area amenities, while enjoying the peaceful quiet of life on the fairway in November.
