We loved the areas around the cabin- within the neighborhood there’s a nice hike around the lake, a children’s pond, playground with big open field and a bocce ball court. Also close in proximity to area highlights.

Cabin is dated but clean and comfortable. It is stocked better than any other place we have stayed. Grounds are beautiful. I would have preferred to be closer to Blowing Rock but overall, we had a great vacation.

Well-loved family cabin in wooded area was private but had easy access to highway and local restaurants. Especially pretty neighborhood in autumn! Kids would love it, but close to the lake, so young ones would need supervision.

The cabin was very clean and comfortable. It was stocked well and had everything we needed. It is close to a dam overflow area which provided a soothing background sound, especially when sleeping. It was a peaceful getaway.

Another great stay!

This is our second stay at Granny's Cabin and again it was a peaceful get-away for our 20th anniversary. The location is quiet and peaceful and easy to access (outside of the fog and mist!). Everything was as advertised and listed and we had no trouble at all. Great place and we'll be back again.

Nanny's Cabin is awesome!

We had such a wonderful time at Nanny's Cabin. The location is very quiet and private at the end of the road. You can literally walk out the back door to cross the bridge to the river trail. The cabin was cozy and had everything we needed. Thanks Rebecca!

Wonderful month!

The cabin was great and was in a wonderful area. We absolutely love Linville Land Harbor! Such a beautiful place. Golfing , canoeing, hiking, and socializing. We even took our golf cart so we could tour around in the quaint, adorable home sections. The leaves were beautiful and the weather perfect! We will definitely be back!

Fishing Trip

Entry is easy with a combo lock - no key to lose. cabin not only looked clean - it smelled clean! Owner arranged for fishing permits with the HOA so that we could fish on property. They even had little hotel style soaps/shampoos/conditioners. One of the nicest VRBO stays we’ve had.

What a fantastic place. It was cozy, well cared for and well placed. It took no time at all to get to the surrounding areas. The property itself was reason enough to rent but throw in the perks of the subdivision and you’ve got perfection. Comfortable and relaxing

Enjoyed our stay at Nanny’s cabin. We found the sounds from the damm were so soothing. Had to ask a few questions after arrival. Rebecca was quick to respond and helped us with our needs. The cabin is very homey, the top floor was perfect for the grandkids. We used Land Harbors pool and tennis courts. Thank you Rebecca for sharing the cabin with us.
