“La struttura, per quanto datata, è tenuta in maniera pulita ed ordinata. Posto auto interno, camera munita di frigo (vuoto, ma magari basta chiedere l'addobbo), aria condizionata, TV a parete e bollitore per tisane. Personale mai visto, check in a distanza, apertura cancello tramite codice, tutto il resto telefonicamente o via WhatsApp. Comunque ben adeguato a chi come noi, aveva la necessità di fermarsi una notte durante il lungo viaggio dal Piemonte al Salento. Poi, come ogni cosa, dipende……

“Posizione molto comoda per raggiungere i vari campi sportivi in cui si svolge il torneo di calcio. Il personale all'accoglienza è stato molto gentile. Unico appunto è sulla pulizia dei pavimenti con molta polvere accumulata sotto i letti. La colazione fatta al bar convenzionato da 10 e lode per cortesia dei proprietari e qualità dei prodotti. Per il week end da trascorrere dietro le partite di calcio dei figli è l'ideale!”

“Piacevole scoperta durante una breve vacanza in zona Giulianova. Bellissima location immersa nelle colline nel silenzio. Parcheggio interno nel parco che circonda la struttura. Ottimo ristorante aperto a pranzo, a cena durante i weekend. Aria condizionata in camera anche se non indicata. In 20 min si arriva in spiaggia.

“The owners were very kind, accommodating and extremely helpful. They ensured we had everything we needed and were available throughout our stay in case we had any questions. The location was perfect - a short 5-7 mins walk to the waterfront where there are beautiful beaches restaurants and shops.
