Arilynn, I am not sure who you spoke with however on prepaid reservations through third parties if there are road closures we always give back the money, I am sorry that this happened to you and you couldn't make it to the hotel, I will say that when someone needs to cancel I usually get an email to help a guest and Expedia did not send one to me. My front desk can not cancel third party reservations. Mr. Cooley, I am not sure how you were stating that I as management was rude when I was not even on property this week until late Friday night as I was away all week for a hospitality conference. I am sorry that you felt like someone was rude and not accommodating for a late checkout. Our early check ins and late check outs are not guaranteed as it depends on the occupancy each night if we can honor these at all and with late check outs my front desk knows that they have to check with the head housekeeper and then judge how long our ladies will be working that day before we can even do this. Yes sadly the pool was closed for those few hours due to the humidity and moisture setting off the smoke alarms. We were able to open it back up within a few hours that evening. We hope that you come back again soon and have a wonderful day!Sincerely, Leha SGeneral Manager

We do not charge 10 for parking, it is a resort fee and yes if you become a GreenTree loyalty member it is waived and you also get a free voucher for the market or lounge.
