「We liked that we were on the 1st floor ,it was convenient for us. Didn't like that our card key didn't work . And then when we got in our room the tv didn't work, and had to change rooms. And they don't have breakfast on Saturday morning.」

「I knew it was downhill when I couldn’t even get into the room. The door was jammed. Had to have the front desk staff open the door. The room had a faint smell of cigarettes. The bathroom was not clean! Hair all over the toilet seat. Sitting water and soap scum in the bathtub. The lamp bases were dirty. Just overall a very dirty room. I’m very disappointed with my stay. The other reviews were misleading. The staff was pleasant the only good thing about this stay.」

Twice I’ve had to stay in different places due to no available vacancy, and both times I was reminded how much I truly appreciated the hospitality, warm welcome, privacy and convenience of staying at Loyd Hall. During my 3 months of regular stays here, it began to feel like a home away from home. Priced fairly for the many amenities and accommodating hosts. I’ve made special requests a couple times and was met with prompt response...
