「An enjoyable stay and very homey/inviting.Be forewarned of loud church bells through the night ; I had earplugs so it did not matter.But it kept daughter awake. Being a lot of exposed stones (while rustic, charming, and very beautiful) making up the walls, there was a damp, strong smell upon arriving and throughout our brief stay. Not a surprise given the construction/build of earthen stonework.It was still a very clean place and enjoyable. Beds were very comfortable! We did no cooking, so...

「Clean rural small town one bedroom in heart of wine country. A little hard to find (go to only cafe in town then 100 yards away). Excellent host ( speaks good English). She knows all the wine tours nearby. Nice getaway after being in Porto. Unbelievably scenery. Very private with garage parking.Highly recommend. 」

「Lovely little house that was surprisingly big for the 4 of us. Very clean, comfortable beds and good showers. The photos do not do this property justice - the kitchen looked way nicer even than the photos. Need to put more flattering photos in the listing.Lovely hosts.」
