"Beautiful old apartment in historic Gubbio. Elena and Frederica were easy to deal with and met us to direct us to apartment. Even had a garage!(small cars only). Home had beautiful garden that could be accessed from living room and bedroom. Floors, ceilings, wooden beams all over 500 years old! Such beauty. "This has to be the only place to stay in Urbino, simply sublime and helpful staff. The rooms are truly beautiful, you feel you are sleeping in a real palace with all everything you possibly need or want. The spa is a must without hesitation, the massage service needs to be experienced, the staff gave me and wife an absolutely marvellous relaxing treatments. Thank you. We didn't want to leave and will be back. p.s the town is pretty stunning too."

"We had an amazing stay at this villa! Everything exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The place was clean and very well taken care of, which made us feel comfortable right away. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to make meals. One of the highlights for us was the huge backyard, we were lucky to have great weather, so we spent a lot of time outside relaxing and enjoying the space. Communication with the host was excellent. Both Chris and Simon were very responsive and always quick to reply to any questions we had, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.One small thing to note is that it took a little while for the house to warm up. We probably should have packed slightly warmer clothes, but it didn’t take away from our stay at all.Overall, we had a fantastic time and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"Nice room. Shower floor not the cleanest. Hairs present. One concern was finding the property. Not an easy thing. Another concern was how you enter and leave the property. The outside gate is always locked and you have to request the front desk to open it. Our room was in a different building and we didn't pass the front desk so we had to press a button and wait for them to open the gate. So coming back to the hotel you had to press a button and wait again for them to open the gate. A bit of a hassle."

"The room was very cold, and despite raising this with staff, I was initially told that the heating was functioning correctly. After complaining again, the heating was eventually turned on, which was appreciated; however, the unit was extremely loud and could not be used throughout the evening. The walls are also very thin, and noise from neighbouring rooms is easily heard. The room did not include any tea or coffee facilities, which I would consider a basic expectation for a four-star hotel. I also requested an iron but was informed that one was not available and that I would need to pay €5 for a shirt to be ironed instead. On a positive note, the breakfast was of good quality and the staff were very friendly. However, I would choose to stay at a different hotel on my next visit."

"Still bizarre for such quality place: 1- chemicals to kill bugs directly at room entries with many bugs on the ground dead in the mirning. 2 - Grass mowing 24/7 and 3 - Grass sprinkling all night in rural area, what happen to ground water in a very dry area. All saying ecology is not their forte!!!"
