On unspoilt Tuscan coast: semi-detached two bedroom, two bathroom , luminous ground floor property, five minutes drive or twenty minutes walk to the beautiful bay of Baratti, protected area of Etruscan heritage.
The property, located in a small village with good local amenities, has a small, private, mature garden on three sides .
Travel connections: 15 mins drive to local port town for Elba, Piombino. Tiny local station with direct trains to Pisa and Florence and connections to Rome.

- Les salles de bain n’étaient pas propres (beaucoup de tartre sur les robinets, cabine de douche noire et rideau de douche moisi) - Il y avait des fourmis partout dans la cuisine - Il n’y a aucun ventilateur par 40 degrés - la piscine était très sale (nous avons repêché une grosse boule de cheveux), l’eau n’est pas à niveau et donc pas filtrée par la piscine et il y a de la mousse verte sur le rebord. - les bouteilles de gaz étaient vides et n’avaient pas été vérifiées à notre arrivée.

Es war okay

Das kleine Haus ist eigentlich ganz schön, allerdings sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Ausstattung ist mäßig. Leider lies die Sauberkeit sehr zu wünschen übrig. Der an sich schöne Garten ist leider ungepflegt. Das Haus liegt genau am Ortseingang, daher (vor allem in den Morgenstunden) sehr viel Verkehr und Lärm. Wir hatten leider übersehen, dass das Haus keinen WLAN hat. - Erstaunlich, dass es so etwas im 21. Jahrhundert noch gibt…

Geschirrspüler ging nicht, Schimmel unbedenklich...

Wir fanden die Unterkunft auf google nicht und brauchten eine Weile es zu finden. Es war in 2 Zimmern Schimmel an der Wand. Ein Klempner bestätigte, dass es nicht gefährlich sei. Da jedoch unser Baby das eine Zimmer brauchte, machte ich mir Sorgen

Angenehme Unterkunft

Nach reibungsloser und schneller Kommunikation und einem problemlosen Check-In hatten wir wundervolle, entspannte Tage. Das Haus ist geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Auch bei hohen Außentemperaturen bleibt es innen schön kühl. Eine schattige Terrasse und ein kleiner Garten ergänzen den Wohnraum. Die Bucht von Baratti mit ihrem wundervollen Strand und dahinterliegendem Pinienwald ist schnell zu erreichen (Auto 5 Min, Rad 10 Min, zu Fuß 25 Min). Für Rennradfahrer bieten sich im Hinterland fantastische Touren an. Die Gastgeberin gab uns sogar noch Tipps zu lokalen Veranstaltungen. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!

Wunderschöne Toskana

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Populonia. Es ist ein familiärer Ort. Man findet dort alles von frischem Obst bis köstlichen Kaffee. Josephines Haus ist sehr schön und gut eingerichtet. Bei Problemen ist sie stets bemüht eine Lösung zu finden. Das Klavier im Wohnzimmer ist inspirierend. Den schönen Strand von Barrati erreicht man zu Fuß in ca.30 Minuten. Wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen. Vielen Dank für alles.

Empfehlenswert Unterkunft

Am Anreisetag wurden wir liebevoll von der Vermieterin persönlich empfangen. Das Haus liegt perfekt für einen Strandurlaub. Mit dem Auto braucht man maximal 4 Minuten bis zur Barati Bucht. Auch der Parkplatz hinter dem Haus auf einem Extra Gelände ist sehr praktisch. Die Aufteilung und die Größe der Zimmer im Haus ist sehr gut. Es sind genug schränke vorhanden. Die Küche ist sehr groß und man findet alles was man benötigt darin. Leider konnten wir in unserem Urlaub den Geschirrspüler nicht benutzen da er schon defekt war als wir ankamen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Es war ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub. Vielen Dank auch noch mal an Josephine für alles.

Josephine gentilissima. Bello il contesto condominiale. La villetta ha bisogno di un po' di manutenzione (soprattutto il giardino) e pulizia. Metterei un paio di sdraio per sfruttare il giardino e delle zanzariere alle porte/finestre. Necessario mettere il wifi.

Ottimo

L'appartamento è comodo e funzionale e si trova in una ottima posizione per godere del mare e visitare i luoghi più interessanti della zona. La spiaggia di Baratti si trova a 5 minuti di auto (ma è molto difficile trovare parcheggio vicino alla spiaggia) ed è raggiungibile anche a piedi con un mezzora di camminata. Nelle vicinanze vi sono piccoli supermercati, farmacia e pizzeria. Possibile noleggiare anche una bicicletta a pochi minuti dall'appartamento. Il nostro soggiorno è stato molto piacevole.

Grande appartamento, pulito e tranquillissimo

Grande appartamento, pulito e accessoriato (senza aria condizionata), circondato da un giardino rigoglioso, con due camere da letto matrimoniali, due bagni e un ampio soggiorno con pianoforte. La proprietaria è gentile e disponibilissima a risolvere ogni problema. La località è un piccolo borgo con tutti i servizi necessari (alimentari, tabacchi, cartoleria, bus, stazione) e un bar aperto fino a tardi. E' a cinque minuti di macchina dal golfo di Baratti. Totale tranquillità, il treno non si sente. Unico neo, Il mio gestore telefonico prendeva male.

Vacanza all'ombra dell'albicocco

Una casa accogliente e non disturbata in un'ottima posizione per chi vuole andare al mare a Baratti. Ottimi i 2 bagni e la possibilità di mangiare nello spazio esterno arricchito da un albicocca carico di frutta. Bello il salottino con il pianoforte. Unico neo le due scorrevoli che danno sul giardino non hanno la zanzariera e se le giornate sono afose zanzare e mosche sono in agguato.
