Hi, you made it to the right place!
Right now, you are viewing a Luxury villa with a swimming pool, located only 7 km from Portorož. Just imagine your perfect vacation at the VilLa, swimming in your private pool, being surrounded by nothing else but nature and peace. You will be enjoying beautiful surroundings, sunsets and sunrises and an incredible view of the sea. There is also an outside grill, where you can prepare a perfect summer meal and serve it on the terrace. The rooms inside have air-conditioning for those hot summer days. For maximum privacy, there are 4 conferable bedroom and 3 bathrooms. There is also a massage bath in one of the bathrooms, so you can get your relaxation stated as soon as possible.
For those rainy days or lazy evenings, the living room is equipped with a plasma tv surround sound system and a DVD player for a perfect movie night. Just take a seat on the sofa or on one of the special reclining chairs, make some popcorn in the oven or microwave and enjoy.

An für sich ein wirklich schönes Haus, aber…

Das Haus ist schön groß und auch sehr sauber. Die Lattenroste der Betten sind überwiegend kaputt und das Sofa ist abgesessen. Kaffeemaschine war kaputt und DVD Player war nicht vorhanden. Die Poolfolie hat einen grün/schwarzen Rand und müsste mal ordentlich gesäubert werden. Ansonsten war eigentlich alles ok, bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die aber nicht der Rede wert sind. Vom Vermieter hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass er wenigstens ein mal auf unsere Nachrichten reagiert hätte. Wenigstens dass er die Mails zur Kenntnis genommen hat. Sehr schade, denn hier kam keinerlei Reaktion.

Bedrooms

Endroit très agréable maison propre hôte très joignable et très réactif. Petit bémol sur l annonce qui annonce 4 chambres alors qu il n yen a que 3. Le dernier lit étant sur la mezzanine au dessus du salon. Et peut être prévoir des couettes 2 places pour les grands lits au lieu de 2 couettes une personne. Sinon très bon séjour en slovenie.

Sehr schöne Villa

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, ein schöner Ort zum verweilen, entspannen, baden, lesen und zusammen sein! Tolle Ausstattung der Küche und ein super Grillplatz:) wir würden immer wieder kommen!

Soggiorno molto confortevole

La villa è molto bella, è localizzata in una zona un po’ isolata, bisogna prendere l’auto anche per piccoli spostamenti. Certamente in estate si può godere di più gli ampi terrazzi e la piscina. La casa è molto confortevole è dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici possibili. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e probabilmente ritorneremo.

Wonderful holiday

Property was very clean on arrival. Exactly as you see it on pictures. Pool was clean and ready to use. Our 5 year old really loved it. Very quite area very close to main road. Klemen is very professional and helpful host. You can tell he cares about his guests . Highly recommend.
