“Super host and great variety at breakfast. Felt very looked after and welcomed. Room clean with adequate shower and plenty of lovely little extras. Only negative was the pillow was a little lumpy and duvet a little heavy, had a very hot night even with the fan in the room. Couldn't open window because of noise from the seagulls! That said I would recommend a stay here. Lot better than other b&bs I've tried in Blackpool and very central.”

“Lovely gem in Blackpool. Great location. Lovely host. Full equipped kitchen. Two TVs with netflix. Hot bath and shower. Everything you need is here. Third time here. Would return again”

“This was a nice B&B with comfortable, clean bedrooms, friendly staff and in a good location. They don't offer a cooked breakfast but there were plenty of cold options.”Howard

“I'm not one to complain but just a heads up they charge 10 pounds a day to park charged when you first check in,
Also there was no shower gel in the dispenser in the bathroom
No option of breakfast when checked in,bar was not open and there was no price list either but they checked us in early on arrival”paul

“I arrived very early but communicated with staff at the hotel and was able to access the room before check in time to drop bags and refresh after a drive. I was very grateful for that! Location is very central. Room was basic but had everything I required for one night. I'd stay here again. Very good value.”Stuart

“Staff were very welcoming & helpful. rooms, bedding and towels were clean and also had a fan in our room. (Family room) on our last day our train home wasnt until 3pm and he let us keep our suitcase in storage and go back for it before we went for the train whilst we enjoyed afew more hours in the centre. Would definitely stay again.”Charly
