"Home needs some better up keep. We noticed black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, many utility plugs needed to be fixed. We found the beds to be uncomfortable and would be a good point of improvement. The room was spacious and the host communicated well and was timely. "Great hotel, easy to walk to Pisa centre. Staff were either v helpful at check in ( a young lady, sorry I did not get her name) , or to lazy to help us later when room key to our room would not work , the gentleman on reception had my 69year old husband going up and down 3 times to get it fixed, blamimg us!! Eventually he reluctantly came upstairs on my husbands insistance + agreed the fault was on their side, no apology given at all! V poor service. As we were leaving early a takeaway breakfast was supplied , which was great."

My only other observation is that the bathroom is not completely sealed off from the room, unlike what you typically find in hotels in Asia. As a result, sounds from the bathroom can be heard quite clearly in the room, which can be slightly uncomfortable."
