Reconnect with nature and yourself when you book a stay at The Treehouse! Bright, spacious, and inviting the home's living room has been adorned with ultra-comfortable seating and a large Smart TV. Whereas the all-new kitchen features chef amenities like custom shelving, stainless steel appliances, a farmhouse sink, a signature buffet, and kitchen supplies like chinaware, glassware, and cooking and baking tools. When mealtime rolls around, gather around the signature, vintage dining table to indulge. The home's bedrooms offer restful spots to sleep with their new hybrid mattresses, organic cotton sheets, and carefully curated art pieces. The bathrooms are just as impressive with new hardware, fixtures, and hotel-quality towels. Off the primary bedroom, you'll find the spa-like en suite bathroom complete with a jetted tub and a large walk-in shower. Additionally in the primary bedroom, you'll be pleased to have access to a Smart TV and a ceiling fan for extra comfort. Additional interior perks include a remote-controlled gas fireplace, board games, new rugs, an electronic-controlled thermostat, central air-conditioning, and ample storage space. Fantastic location, comfortable beds and a great family room where we were able to play cards and Yahtzee in the evenings after some intense golf matches with my son and my nephew. I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this historic home. The house is much larger than it appears in the photos with the master bedroom tucked in the back of the house with a deck overlooking the creek. The location allows you to explore all Main Street has to offer but we also enjoyed the Frog level area just outside our door!

This property and rental is amazing!! The house, the grounds and the amenities are top notch. We enjoyed just hanging out at the house as well as venturing into the town for dinner and shopping! A beautiful waterfall hike one block away. Can’t wait to go back!

Amazing house close to Brevard

We absolutely loved staying in this gorgeous house near Brevard. The interior is even nicer than the photos! Our group of old high school friends and kids loved the large space for cooking, chatting and eating outdoors on the beautiful wooded deck. We were so comfortable and didn't want to leave!! Thank you for hosting us! We love your decor!!

Perfect place and as described!!

Great place and exactly as described! Clean and super comfortable!! One tiny comment would be to add a few more pots and pans! Minor detail. Would definitely stay there again and recommend!

Wedding House

We rented the house during the week of Thanksgiving for our wedding and it was perfect. We had a great time and everyone enjoyed the house. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner and had most of our meals in the house. The house was well stocked with towels, plates, cups and utensils. Toiletries were also provided and the house was very comfortable in a great location to Brevard restaurants and waterfalls.

Beautifully renovated space with tons of room to spread out and comfy beds and seating. Note that the "kitchen" is comprised of a toaster oven, countertop two-burner stove, and microwave. It's adequate, but you certainly can't cook a turkey or a frozen pizza. Communication was fine but unnecessarily complicated. I booked through VRBO so I'd prefer to communicate through VRBO. Not sure why everything had to switch to Vacasa. The location is extremely convenient, but it's also this property's downfall. The creek is lovely to look at and listen to, but it's hard to hear between all of the loud trucks and motorcycles that pass directly in front of the house. Dump trucks crossing the bridge literally shake the house. There's a white noise machine to help drown out the noise for sleeping, but it was so loud during the day that we found it hard to truly relax. The porch off of the master bedroom was the only partial respite. If you are unbothered by loud traffic noise and trains and want walkability, stay here. If, like us, you find steady traffic noise bothersome, I'd suggest elsewhere.

Riverside Retreat

The charming cottage was cozy and comfortable! We didn't mind that the kitchen had no built in oven /rangetop because there were so many terrific restaurants in walking distance we wanted to try. The countertop microwave & oven were sufficient for our minimal cooking. Our only issue was a malfunctioning dryer - the mgmt responded quickly to our report of and attempted to fix it twice but its probably in need of replacement. Despite that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The house had not been cleaned and Vavcasa offered no assistance even though we called over 10 times

Nice house in a good location. Convenient to Brevard stores and restaurants. If you have any problems with the house, do not expect Vacasa to help you. The house had not been cleaned when we arrived and we had to clean the kitchen, change sheets on beds, do 3 loads of towels and fold and put them away.

1. I prefer to deal directly w/host rather than through Vacasa--didn't realize that was the case when I booked it. 2. Not sure why others say it's so scenic--yes, technically it's on the river but you also see & hear a busy street.3. Had a hiccup getting into the house--back gate lock was too high for me to reach. 4. Had to keep upping the heat to get it warm enough--even though temp read at 65 (what we keep it at home) it was chilly.5. When we arrived back 1st evening after dinner there was s/one sitting outside the gate who didn't move. We kept waiting for him to leave while we sat in the car, eventually he did leave but it unsettled us. The sign about trespassers on the house didn't help give us confidence.6. House was spacious & comfortable otherwise

Very Great Customer Support

My mother was staying with us - and she is sensitive to artificial cleaner smells. I called customer service to ask if they could pass along a request to the cleaning crew to use non-scented cleaning supplies (air fresheners, laundry detergent, etc). They passed along the massage to the local cleaning crew - and said they would do their best. Before we checked in - I got a message with info on the exact fragrance-free supplies they used - and encouraged us to do some research and make sure it was sufficient. Long story short - it was an odd request - and I feel that all sides of the team at Vacasa went above and beyond to satisfy the request. Well done - and thank you!
