Het huisje is prachtig gelegen, dichtbij Pistoia maar wel weg van de drukte. Langs een onverhard weggetje dus ideaal om te lopen met de hond. De tuin is super mooi, het zwembad een huisje goed onderhouden en van alle gemakken voorzien.
