“Great stay at the treehouse village! Place is clean, comfortable and has all you need. Nice big bathroom and practical kitchen. Deck lets you enjoy the natural surroundings. Highly recommend. ”

“The communication from the owners was top-notch. Unfortunately, I had major issues with the Wi-Fi. I rented the treehouse for 2 1/2 weeks and needed to work from there, and it was next to impossible. The owners did everything they could to fix the situation, including moving me to a different treehouse, But the Internet was unreliable. Additionally, the neighbors are not happy about the property being there. There are signs leading to the property that say that “Airbnb guests are not welcomed”.……

“Perfect option for families who want to be together but separate! We had all four treehouses and I can’t pick a favorite- each unique and beautifully decorated. Each treehouse had Keurigs pods and some snacks provided- which was nice as you are a little remote. Each kitchen had basics for quick meals. The porch with the slide was an hit with the 5 year old. All of the bathrooms were gorgeous! Lack a little storage for hanging clothes but workable. Laundry in each unit was convenient for……

“Not sure about the shopping part, we were the for a baseball game. The property was clean inside and out. The communication with the hosts could not have been better. It was everything we expected and more. We will stay there again. I give it 5 stars in every category!”

“Great place for the value and location. Easy parking. Clean place. Grounds were beautiful with nice porch to relax on. It got cool two nights but there were space heaters to use since a basement unit. Only real concern was bathroom shower lacked consistent hotwater. ”

“This house is wonderful! Farm fresh eggs were left for us which we loved using during our stay. All the animals are super friendly! Loved feeding the horses and ponies carrots. Our older son had a blast fishing while our younger son played with the kitten or jumped on the trampoline. After a long day of traveling, the hot tub was just the ticket! Visited with the hosts several times, and they couldn't have been nicer. Will stay here again if we are in the area.”

“Annie & Bryan are great host. The whole process was seamless. Very comfortable & clean home. Easy access upon check-in. I appreciate being able to communicate with the host in a timely fashion. If I had a question within minutes they respond. I even made friends with the family in unit A. Overall, I would definitely stay again and refer a friend. “The apartment is an older building, but in an area which was easy to get to and easy to get to downtown Raleigh. I did have to clean the kitchen some before using. The pots had some food residue from a previous renter and there were some sticky spots on counters and tables. One thing which would help renters keep things clean would be to have more dish soap available, there was a small amount in the kitchen, but I had to go purchase dish soap to be able to clean our dishes after eating.
