First room we went into was not even liveable. Had to get another room. Just not a good experience at all!

Don't stay here, it is awful. I checked into a room for two nights and the bathroom sink was plugged up with cigarette ashes and smelled awful. Also the toilet seat was very loose, I couldn't sit on it. The tv remote did not work. I finally got it to work after many attempts, but then it would not turn off. The manager suggested I just unplug the tv!. I was able to meet the maid, who had cleaned the room earlier and she was aware of the plugged up sink and surprised that the manager put a guest in the room. These items were not fixed during my stay. Maids should have Drano on their carts and check tv remotes for weak batteries. The bed was ok, shower water was hot and ac worked ok. Rates are cheap, so don't expect anything good. Hot water and cups are provided in the morning for coffee, but any other food must be purchased at local stores. Location is on local bus route so it is easy to get around. I hope I never have to stay here again.

Arrived to being told they were overbooked and did not have the 2 rooms we reserved available then offered basically no solutions. After much conversation, were offered 1 room, never offered to "walk" us to another hotel nor provide a believable reason for why we were able to reserve if the rooms weren't actually avaliable and never notified of the issue until arrival. Manager seemed to not care whatsoever about the inconvenience. We are pretty sure they gave away our rooms to other guests and hoped we wouldn't show up so they could pocket double the money. The whole hotel smelled of "smoke". There was no hair dryer. No garbage can in the bathroom. Drawers kept rolling open on their own causing a tripping hazard. Stained bedding, box springs, and floors plus portion of ceiling in room clearly had previous or current water damage. Bathroom door was misaligned and wouldn't close. No hand towels and towels provided were poor quality with stains. Overall terrible experience with no solutions offered, zero customer service.

Hotel was generally clean - just very basic - ie no chairs in the room, no glasses, soap but no soap dish etc. That said for the price it was reasonable.

if i could rate this place a zero i would because we never even got to check in due to negligence! front desk was unstaffed when we arrived, we waited more than enough time to excuse a break or task that needed to be completed but no one showed up at all! could not check in and had to go somewhere else!

There was mold on the curtain, the toilet seat was broke, there was hair, dirt and stains on the sheet. When brought to the attention of the front desk and asked to be either given a new room or a refund we were told there were no more rooms available and that we had checked in 2 hours ago and that they did not need to give us a refund. We informed him that we checked in took our things to the room and left to go eat we did not check the room out till we came back. We showed him pictures of all the issues and they said they would check it out. We are still waiting to see if we will be refunded.

Hello. I stayed at this hotel for ONE NIGHT and I will never be back again. When we entered the room the smoke smell was horrendous. What is the one thing guest do when entering the hotel. Check the beds. I checked the bed and the stains were terrible and the pillow cases looked as if they weren’t washed. The bath towels looked dingy. The towel holder, toilet paper holder were falling off the walls. The customer service was not great. We came back to the hotel and tried to enter our room and our key stopped working. Workers were nowhere to be found and took us calling 10 times for someone to show and get us a new key. I will not be returning to this hotel ever. I 0/10 recommend and pick one of the hotels next to it because it might actually be worth your money.

The quality was about what I expected for this price. Staff was friendly enough. But on my way to my room, near the rear stairwell, I observed a dead plant that seemingly hadn't watered in months. Which was a harbinger of things to come. The TV didn't function in the room. The fridge and A/C were so loud that I had to unplug them. And the bed linens smelled like cigarette smoke. Next time, I will try my luck elsewhere.

I never expect a 5 star at red roof inn however i do expect for that price point for it to be a solid 2 low 3 star...it was a negative star. I stayed on a night that it was 8 degrees outside room had no heat they did give us a space heater room may got to 34 degrees. No smoke alarm in room while using a space heater but who needs one of those fire safty noise makers anyway. Woke up wanted a hot shower seen we wasnt given any shampoo so had to run dog to pee i would ask no problem there. They have me a shampoo went back to room and Surprise no hot water it wasn't even a little warm like it was 42 degrees if you were lucky but still warmer then our room. Just a bonus our tv also didn't work so we wtched our phone but that was just a bonus of how crappy that one night was.

This hotel is more ment for people who live at hotels ,smells horrible, rooms smell bad, my daughter wouldn’t even step foot in the shower I had to take her to her friends hotel to shower, ice machine is broken, no food at all , all the hook ups like there was food at one point of time in life, coffee machine but no cups. There’s a vending machine that’s about it. My daughter told me if we have to come back to Pittsburgh and I book a red roof in again she would rather stay in the car, I’ve always been to red roofs and they have been a decent quality hotel but not this time.
