We checked into the hotel and went up to the room. The staff at the front desk seemed nice enough. My daughter had to use the bathroom, but the one in the lobby was out of order. Elevator said a max of 2.Got to the room and there was a terrible odor.It was sort of like Acetone and a burning smell. My husband thought it smelled mildewy. Either way, it was so bad that it was irritating, my throat and making it a bit hard to breathe. We turned on the AC thinking it might help, it did not. So we tried the heater, and when that was turned on, it had a burning smell. So we turned it right off, went down to the front desk and asked for another room, they said, they were all booked up. We figured, okay, we'll tough it out. We will just air it out. It was a cheap room, no big deal. We're only sleeping there. Despite the dirty grime around the bottoms of the walls and the disgusting air filter in the bathroom, we were gonna tough it out. That is, until I pull down the bedsheets and found bodily fluid stains all over the sheets, and they didn't look like they were ever washed. Went down to the front desk, asked if there was any other room we could be switched to. She said, no, my husband asked, if all the rooms were that dirty and she said, "That is the best room that we have". We checked out, did not stay the night. There was no way we were staying in a room that disgusting. I feel bad for the other hotel guests. Especially if our room was the best that they had! I do not recommend!
