不滿:職員與服務、設施服務和住宿狀況
There was no staff available to check me in upon arrival, nor did anyone answer the lobby phone for well over 45 minutes. Expedia also tried to reach this establishment and was unsuccessful. After about 45 minutes of waiting and trying to change my reservation, an employee showed up to check me in. The ice machine was broken, and there was nothing available in the area for dining within walking distance, that I could notice. The room itself was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Not a bad price for a quick layover stay from the airport, but I’d look elsewhere next time, after all the initial hassle of trying to get settled in after a long day of travel.
