Thank you for staying with us. Sounds like you did overall enjoy your stay. The listing as it is advertised does have 2 queen beds. We appreciate your feedback on the king beds; but, for now, the owner does not have any plans to upgrade. The neighborhood is relatively quiet and pet friendly; so, walking dogs is definitely easy enough. Glad to hear you found the management company responsive and that check in was very easy!
