The staff that we interacted with was wonderful. There were a lot of people smoking very close to the building and the room had a slight hint of smoking smell as well. Being someone who is allergic this was triggering. The bed was very uncomfortable for both myself and my husband. Overall the stay was fine but we would not book here again.

The pictures are probably from the day the hotel was made, inside was an absolute mess. The room was dirty, broken, and completely unpleasant. They didn’t have keys so we had to be walked to the room, the next morning we asked for a key, and no ID no questions were asked and someone new just handed us keys. The toilet had cracks and chunks missing, the furniture was scratched and scuffed everywhere and a lot. The lobby was a mess with food boxes and bottles everywhere. Will never stay here or at an extended stay again.

The experience overall was crap. We booked this place expecting our kids would be able to swim. Website not updated and found out pool was closed for rest of the month for broken pipe. So opted to watch tv, no remote. Get remote from lobby and get all the way back to the room only to find out there are no batteries in the remote so had to go all the way back to the desk. Woke up expecting a healthy breakfast as advertised on your website with eggs, fruit and other items that looked good only to go to the lobby and found all that was being served was an oatmeal packet and a cup to put hot water in to make the oatmeal. Overall terrible experience. Will not be staying at this hotel chain again and will not be recommending this to friends and family

The room was very clean. Property/hallways were mostly clean. What was really lacking were the amenities. No phone or coffee maker in the room or available. Out of travel toiletries. No plates or utensils at all upon request as advertised for cooking. We have a large family and book these suites to save money and often bring or buy our own food to cook. Overall, clean but a bit disappointing on the basics.

Please fix the policy where if you don't have rooms not to give the room to someone else how does a person pay days in advance only to lose the room because apparently there's nothing available. Really sucks to be left looking for a room somewhere in a random area you don't have a lot of time to plan at night

The room lacks basic stuff like hair dryer and a phone to call reception - The beds size is too small( double bed) to sleep 2 people comfortably - Free Breakfast was a joke. Just yogurt and coffee in breakfast. - They allow pets at all floors leading to noisy atmophere at nights with some pets barking all night disturbing sleep. - A room for 4 poeple comes with just 2 towels. - They claimed to provide cooking top in skme rooms but that was an jnductikn which does not accept any type of cooking vessle making it useless. The hotel does not supply even a spoon or basic cutlery for the kitchen.

There was a heated pool and one of the main reasons we picked it. Got there. Checked in. Went to check out the pool and our key would not work. Went to tge front desk and was informed tgat tge pool is closed and has been for weeks. But no one mentioned this at check in or on tge website.

Extremely affordable. Only 1 elevator working…inconvenient. Pool was not open…at all! No mention of this at all on website and we were only made aware upon check in. By then it was too late to cancel reservation! Huge disappointment to our kids.

This was probably by far the worst stay besides the employee at the front desk. Broken pool, and broken ice machines?? I only booked this hotel because of the pool and I had no idea it was not working or I would have booked a different hotel.

service and facilities have gone down the drain. This room doesnot have hair dryer, coffee maker, looked like a abandoned room. Never in my life have experienced a no show when u entered the hotel. This is the first time i faced it. I checked in late around 1 or 2 AMs since we were travelling and whole idea is to have a pitstop for sleeping. Receptionist was checking on her phone and we have to call her multiple times to grab her attention. It is pathetic when people are waiting at front desk and receptionist sitting right there and watching her phone.
