Short walking distance to historic Shiloh St, Grandview Overlook and the Monongahela Incline. You’ll enjoy 4 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with plenty of room for the entire family. If you’re in town for sports, work or anything else the city has to offer this is the perfect place for you.

There is an apartment below the main level of the house. Tenant does not have access to the house. Apartment has its own private entrance and there are no shared spaces.
