We are professional hosts, and are available 24 / 7 / 365, within minutes, often within seconds, via the app + phone calls or text. We have a full local team available in case we are needed in person.

We're located in a quiet area on the North Side, near Verdetto's Bar (with the awesome Clemente mural by local artist Jeremy Raymer). Our neighborhood is rapidly seeing an influx of investment & revitalization! Our street is a mix of brand new remodels, homes that haven't been remodeled since the 60s, and empty lots. It's a safe area with little traffic on foot or otherwise. We're only ~5 blocks from East Ohio St., with lots of bars & restaurants, ~7 blocks from Penn Brewery, and ~10 minutes walk to the Strip District, just across the bridge!

We recommend Uber or Lyft for navigating Pittsburgh (or walking of course!) - with our geography, it's one of the most challenging cities in the US to drive in! Parking in our area is free, and easy, with spots usually available directly out front of our house or always in the free parking lot across the street.

Key Ts & Cs (but not limited to) are listed below.

1. Smoking (or vaping) is not allowed in the house. Smoking is allowed outside only; please, no butts on the ground. A minimum $2,000 cleaning fee will be reported if evidence of smoking is found in the home.

2. People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight in the property without prior notice. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. The host has not represented this unit as an event facility, therefore, there is a limit to the number of any visitors at any one time (in addition to registered occupants) of four (4) up to a maximum of 10 persons in the property at any given time. At no time may any of these visitors remain overnight or assume any guest privileges whatsoever.

3. The host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.

4. Guest is responsible for all child proofing. Any child amenities (pack & plays, high chairs, etc.) shall be completely and fully inspected for satisfactory working order by Guest prior to use. Hosts do not inspect child amenities between stays, and any injuries resulting from their use are 100% guest-related.

5. There is no daily housekeeping service. While the house has been thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival and linens and bath towels are included, daily maid service is not included in the rate.

6. Tampering with / disabling the decibel meter and refusing to reinstall it is grounds for immediate cancellation.

7. While our home is pet friendly, excessive shedding, mud, damage, etc. may require an additional charge. The pet fee is $89 per stay.

8. We are very flexible hosts, and do not ask or expect our guests to clean prior to check out. However, we also don't expect our guests to leave a mess; cleaning that requires substantially more time than usual due to garbage, stains, spills, etc., will be charged to the Guest at $40 per hour.
