The hotel was abandoned and I flew to Pittsburgh with my son for a Steelers game to find that we had no where to stay , I blame Expedia since they are who I went through for this tragedy, they have also done nothing to help or rectify us being stranded in a city that I did not know for two days !!

The hotel was closed... we had to pay 4 times the price we were suppose to pay in order to find a room in a hotel... they were all full... Instead of approx. US$300, I had to pay approx. US$1200. And I was not the only one with this problem... at least 15 cars arrived in the parking while I was there. REALLY NOT HAPPY ! You should reimburse the difference we paid vs the amount we were suppose to pay.

Microwave was dirty and had dirty glass bowls placed inside. After brining it to the front desk staffs attention twice; at the time of checkout they stated (day shift) they cleaned it themselves and took videos. It wasn't worth the argument but I will say that if I'm in the area I most likely will not be staying at this property again.
