Dirty, dirty, dirty. Stains on the sheets, found several stink bugs. A stray bug on the bed. Didnt know what kind that one was..... Stray hairs all over the hot tub. Had to clean the tub throughly before we could enjoy it. Seriously in need of updating. Vending machine was a joke. Was not worth $177 for a night.... And have pictures to prove it.

Didn’t like guest in room next to me had dogs they made mess outside of his room door in morning. Owner did clean it up best he could, but still not cool. If pets are permitted, they should only be on first floor.

Honestly The room was nice! First day here was good until it came to servicing the room usually if your a stay at the hotel you get new towels and soaps as long as theres no dnd sign on the door which i did not have up. And mind you ive worked at quality inn hotels i know the regimen and these guys were not up to par. No towels or soaps were put in the room and when i called the second day for them to service my room i was told i come down to front desk to get my clean towels and soaps i told the front desk manager i shouldnt have to come get the stuff when im not at the hotel and that they should be able to do it themselves like i would of when i would work! And mind you i had a king jacuzzi room which has 4 big towels a bathmat 2 hand towels and 2 wash cloths when i got the "clean" towels i only received 2 towels 2 hand and wash. Knowing we needed the bathmat for after the tub. All an all i wasnt very happy with how we were taken care of! As a former housekeeper i wasnt impressed at all. Especially when the housekeeper threw bleach water over the edge of our balcony where we stood outside to smoke.

Parking lot was not plowed or salted making it difficult to pull into the Parking lot and very unsafe leaving as you had to go down the hill and would slide into traffic. Property Still advertising full breakfast , but still using the excuse of "Covid" and only offering a grab and go breakfast, Rooms were clean however they were so cold upon check in that it took hours to heat up , if you know a room is rented for the night the heat should be on especially when it I s 5 degrees out.

You get what you pay for. There is a sign on the back of the room door advising the law requires the room be cleaned every 3 days. It only gets cleaned if requested. The shower tub is dangerous to get out of because there is a significant step down.

Room was shoddy and run down and smelled musty. Cleanliness was questionable (found hairs in bathtub and old bandaid stuck to floor). Only one room key ever worked, even after exchanging it for a new one. Bed was, quite possibly, the most uncomfortable thing I have ever had the misfortune of sleeping on. “Breakfast” consisted of pop-tarts, Rice Krispie treats, and other packaged snack food. Asked for bottled water during breakfast hours and was told “someone took them all”. When I asked if she could get more, the answer was “they’re in the back and I don’t have access” – seriously?!

Rude employee yell out to guests in the parking lot, “Hey! Hey! Are you check out?” Why not say, “Excuse me, ma’am or sir, are you checking out at this time?” Our room floor was disgusting! It was dirty and the bottoms of our feet were black after being there for less than 10 minutes. Night table was dusty and had hair on it. Found trash under one the beds when I dropped something. Never staying here again and will not recommend.

This place false advertising on the room. The actual room was not great looked dirty and dingy. There was another customer also wanted refund and to not stay there. Then was there 15 min tried to get a refund because of this and was not staying there and the front desk associate heard us on phone with Expedia and then calling and did not answer we told them phone isn't ringing and acted like he had no common sense and didn't know why and couldn't check. Then we said call the manager and he claimed he didn't have number. Never again will book there or use 3 Rd party

I was impressive by the recent renovations but I wish they continued by updating the bathroom the toilet I. Our room was very loose and rocked when in use. There was no plug to use the bathtub so that was inconvenient traveling with toddler. We asked numerous times for clean towels but we were never given facecloth it made it hard to shower using a hand towel to wash with.

Completely not what was expected. Was advertised as "Inn and Suites ", when really it was just a run down 3 story motel. The stair wells leading up to the outer accesses to the rooms were unlit and dark. The "hallways" and grounds surrounding the parking lot were littered with puddles of vomit and tossed pizza slices. The front desk person was not helpful when we asked about places to eat. The rooms smelled musty. Room window dirty. The floor around the toilet dirty. Bed sheets seemed clean but were dingy. Thank goodness we were only there for 1 night. The " breakfast " in the morning was a basket containing packs of pop tarts. We have stayed at Quality Inns before, but after this shock it's seriously unlikely that we will again!

The property did not look like the pictures on web. Room had unsafe sockets and some didnt wirk. My so called hot tub did not have any steps to get into it and it was high off the floor. Large ants in the room. People banging on my shower wall cause the fan came on anytime you put the light on. People parking their truck in front of my windiw taking up 2 spaces and management telling me it was ok. I asked him to ask them to move their truck but he would not. Asked for extra towels at check in and he said you dont need extra towels there are plenty in the room. There were 3. This whole experience has left me so disappointed. Went to go to breakfast and they had 1 chair for the tables and just sweets. Nothing hot or inviting. I paid a premium price for this room and got nothing what I wanted in a stress free night.

Graveyard next to the property and slow staff. But clean, has hot tubs, heating bulbs, ok internet and suddenly comfortable beds

Overall, the room was cleaned, we didn’t use anything as far as ice buckets or things like that because they weren’t so clean. The only complaint was I got the room for date night with the hot tub, I went to Home Depot to buy extra cleaning stuff for it just to be safe and the outcome was disgusting so we didn’t use it and I thought I would have had a table with chairs and there was a desk and one chair. I asked for another chair just for that night for dinner and was told they don’t have extra chairs and that would require someone to go in a room to get one, my entire row of rooms were empty. And I had two dead stink bugs. But that was all. We made it work and made the best of what we had

The room was filthy. Breakfast was pop tarts and packaged muffins. Was charged $125 damages that were not brought to my attention until almost 48 hours later because the phone apparently also did not work since it never rang. Trash scattered through the parking lot and Phil O - the front desk manager was very rude with handling my concerns. I DO NOT reccommend.

Not typical Quality Inn
The ice machine was out of service, there was no bathtub stopper, and the “buffet breakfast” was just cold pastry items. No hot options other than instant oatmeal so we had to eat offsite.
