The room was clean but poorly maintained. The shower had a huge broken area and there was no smoke detector. Someone had ripped it off the ceiling. There were rats on the steps leading to the second floor. Front desk staff shrugged when told. At least there weren't bed bugs

Property is in disrepair, dirty and not maintained, balconies are so rusted and flaking they don't look safe, elevator has been broken for months, the tools are barely bigger than a hand towel and are literally so thin you can see through them, our warm water didn't work when we left this morning so we couldn't even shower. Our a/c quit working during the night our first night but worked our 2nd day.

Hands down one of the filthiest nastiest hotels I’ve ever been in my life. The room smelled like stale feet and had several flies in it when we walked in. The walls were literally crumbling, the tub looked like it was about 100 years old and the pain was peeling off the walls. There were large cobwebs in the corners, filled with dead bugs, and the trim was literally hanging off walls in certain areas. Overall, if I could’ve read this Hotel zero I would have and if I hadn’t prepaid for it, I would’ve definitely been out and into another hotel immediately. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere at this place.
