I have been staying here last 3 years for tattoo convention NEVER again its under new management and they find it ok to keep deposits with no reasons. When you call they hang up on you and say your room may have smelled like smoke i stated i do not smoke altho my room was by a ashtray stand smh and then said maybe damages ok what damages i wasnt there but to sleep again not stating any damage i asked send me pictures again hangs up... there were not damages and no smoke ... will never stay there again

Normally during check out we check the room for the damage and for smoke we have system installed in the room once there is smoke inside email triggers to the front desk about the smoke alert. This place needs an update, looks like it hasn't been touched since the 90's. Room wasn't real clean, toilet handle was falling off-I fixed it, neighbors were so loud we had to change rooms. I will never come to a Red Roof again.

Clean. A nice king size bed was very comfortable Was able to park right in front of the door for a 1st floor room which made it easily accessible for my 94 yo mom. We needed a room on last minutes notice to see a very sick family member. Would highly recommend

There is a sign out front that says new rooms. The rooms were far from new. The individual working the front desk was far from friendly, it could be that the people he checked in before me were difficult. I do not like the policy that you have to tell them that you did not use the safe for them to take the $2 fee off your credit card. The room was small and smelled of stale cigarettes. All of which I could have lived with but the major problem was a weird brown streak running down the wall of the bathroom. I did not want to think what it could be. The whole room just didn't seem like it was clean. It was a cheap hotel but I would have hoped for a cleaner room.

The first room we had smelled like urine, the floor was sticky like it hasn’t been cleaned, there was a hole behind the bathroom door and I’m not sure if it happened to every other room but we lost power for a good 2 minutes and I literally mean all the lights went off in our room including the WiFi. After we asked for more time, we just happened to see the manager and I requested a new room she smelled the room and immediately gave us a much better room.

It took half an hour to check in. I arrived at 305pm, because check in is at 3pm, but we had to wait for them to update their computer. They gave us a key that didn't work. Went back to the lobby three times and this time he went up to the room with me but he couldn't even open the door. We asked the maid to use her key but hers didn't work either. After he couldn't open up the room he assigned us, he walked down the hall and tried another room. He couldn't open the second room either. He then called another employee, as we were standing outside in the cold, and the other employee ran back to the lobby, got another key and came back. He finally opened the door to the second room but the door was faulty. The hinges were loose so we had to lift up the door as we opened and closed it in order to make it work. I pointed out the door issue but he said to just lift it and deal with it for one night. Finally settled in the room and after an hour or so I finally fell asleep for a much need nap. He woke me up with a phone call to ask how the room was. At that time, I hadn't had enough time to assess the room and I was further aggravated at being woken up. The shower screams. The plumbing screams in a loud shrill as we used the water for a shower. The bed smells. The mattress had a smell of body odor. We had to sleep on top of the covers and used our own clothes as a blanket to stay warm. The people in the next room were fighting until 1030pm. More fighting at 130am woke me up again.

Tv didn’t work called them 4 times said signal was low but other guests had tv. Asked for extra pillows never got.

A toilet was leaking. There was a terrible smell in the room. It was very dusty and dirty. Nobody really helped I told one of the employees that the bathroom was leaking and they did nothing about it. Was a terrible experience
