Do not stay here unless you are staying during a time that the rates are not elevated. It is not worth it. Our room was not clean and room service from previous customers was outside of our room the entire time even though we asked that it be picked up. The AC was blowing so loud in the hall we could hear it in our room. The construction outside it loud and started at 7:30am on a Saturday.

The shower curtain liner was moldy, the bathtub was chipping, the room was not cleaned daily we were told it gets cleaned every other day, we had no way of getting in touch with house keeping. Our overall experience was horrible.

It was opening day for the pirates so understandably, the staff was very busy. They got us into our room but we were missing bedding and towels. We. Alex and they brought them right up. Like I said-it was very busy, they handled the crowd well!

The best part of staying here was the proximity to PNC Park for a Pirates game and good restaurants to eat at. Also, the front desk staff allowed us to park outside the hotel instead of in the parking structure since I had walking difficulties! Thank you!!!

Overall, the stay was disappointing, with a few bright spots. Check-in was smooth although they let a lot of cars park in the front of the hotel, against their policy, which makes the walk a lot longer to get to the check in. and the staff were very friendly and clearly doing their best, especially considering it was opening weekend for the Pirates and the hotel was extremely busy. That said, the property itself needs significant improvement. Parking was unavailable when I arrived, which was frustrating right from the start. The room itself had multiple cleanliness and maintenance issues. The couch was visibly stained, and when I opened the pullout bed, there were crumbs inside, which is unacceptable. The shower was in particularly poor condition—there were stains throughout the tub, wallpaper peeling off the wall, and the upper shower area felt soft and possibly mildewed. The shower head was also underwhelming. In addition, the air conditioner was very loud and didn’t cool the room effectively, making it difficult to get comfortable. The room also lacked basic functionality—there were very few hooks or places to hang towels, which contradicts the hotel’s request to reuse them. Also lights on the right of side of the bed don’t work which is annoying. And the lights above the bed are flickering. Does anyone check any of these things before putting a room back in service? Breakfast was also a letdown. Items were constantly running out, including basic options like oatmeal, and

The location is great. The hotel itself is run down. They offer a breakfast but it is not stocked in the mornings. We were down at 9:30 am (over at 10) and there was nothing left. The towels in our room were badly stained. The gym had the very basics. The smell outside the hotel smells like sewerage. Overall average but location is the seller.

My flight was canceled, and I did not receive a refund for the missed day. The person I spoke with on the phone promised a voucher for lunch or dinner at their Soho restaurant, but I received neither when I asked. I was told that the individual I spoke with was neither the manager nor a supervisor, which I believe was a lie. Additionally, there was no water in the room. The breakfast options are very limited and served late. On Saturday, I was told staff shortages caused breakfast not to be ready on time, and there was no breakfast on Sunday either. Throughout my stay, I only received one breakfast, which was mostly oatmeal. I would not recommend this place at all. Not welcoming environments.
