Your home away from home

Perfect for persons coming into the area for work purposes or sporting event. This house is not luxurious. This house has its bumps and bruises so don’t expect a 5 star luxury hotel when you get here. Free parking, wifi, air conditioning, fans and central heat. Two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and a living room. The bedrooms each have two double beds and a TV with Amazon firestick. The living room has a sofa bed, a full size couch and a love seat plus a 75 inch smart TV. Kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, blender, cups, dishes, pots, pans and utensils plus big yard space and plenty of parking in the front. You will be occupying the entire floor of this one level brick ranch house. No access to the attic or basement and no laundry facility. The public laundry is less than five minutes away.
* This house is not equipped to accommodate wheelchair or physically challenged guest.
* I do not share any space with the guest. My personal apartment is in the basement where I have my own entrance, kitchen and my own bathroom.

Turn off all lights, fans and ac before you drive away Your USPS mail must not come here. Do not put paper towel, or feminine product into the toilet.
Dont wash laundry in the bath tub. Put out the trash on monday nights. Tie the trash bag and leave it in the trash can at the side of the street.

Quick trip

We stayed for 3 nights at Vals place. Comfortable place to sleep, shower was nice and cute porches to sit and enjoy the outside. Definitely recommend

Incredibly filthy

The house was small and had an odor of stale French fries which the owner tried to cover up. The owner lived in the basement of the house. There was no off-street parking. The owner controlled the thermostat from the basement. I just found out that the owner also charged us $25 for laundry. Yet there was no washer and dryer. Seriously - does anyone from VRBO do any type of inspection before they approve a house for rental?

Great host

It a nice house that has everything that you would need. It's far enough away from the city where you don't have all the traffic but close enough that you can be there in 25 minutes. Val is a great host came up to welcome us and then he gave you privacy. Defiantly recommended this property and would stay again.
