「At the crest of the gorge but above the main road so very little noise. The staff were very helpful. The bedroom was I perfect condition as was the en suite bathroom. Unfortunately the dinner menu was limited but the receptionist suggested 4 hostelries near by. Breakfast was great. A short walk into the gorge is included in the price. At the end of the walk there is a zip wire to descend above the rapids but this needs to be organised in advance. We slept well in great comfort and enjoyed the...

「The hotel room was so small; my wife, baby, and I were in the room, and it was too small for us. The hotel charged us for the baby bed 45 euros per night, although it was confirmed by Expedia that the baby bed is free of charge, there was missunderstanding as they mixed between two reservations and we didn't get the right room for us, the Hotel rated 4 stars but there was no elevator and i have to carry or luggage to the first floor and go on stairs, there was no tooth brush, Sanitary kit,...

「I expected a staffed boutique hotel, especially given its confusing layout. We arrived at 6:00 p.m. and found no staff present. The four pages of check-in instructions were entirely in German, and the entrance we were directed to use was not working. This made getting inside and locating our room unnecessarily difficult. I booked a studio suite so my daughter could sleep on the pull-out sofa, but no linens were provided. Since no staff were available to assist us, we had to take bedding from...

「Absolute Nightmare: Left Stranded on the Street and Scammed As someone who travels extensively, I can confidently say this was the absolute worst hospitality experience of my life. My colleague and I traveled from abroad and booked two rooms. A significant flight delay pushed our arrival late into the night. When we arrived, exhausted after a grueling day, the hotel was completely locked up. We discovered their absolute latest check-in time is 21:30—a crucial detail that was incredibly obscure...
