“The room was spacious and clean, and had a fantastic location. Check-in and check-out were easy. However, the room lacks some basic amenities: yes, there is no AC, which I knew, but there also aren't any fans whatsoever. We went in June, and Paris was very hot, all day and well into the night, so I did get quite sweaty in bed and needed to keep the windows open(which then leads to bugs, so be careful). “When we arrived, the video we were sent to get in showed a key box with code. It did not work. It had been updated to a keypad outside the room, but it took some investigating to find this. The saddest part of our experience was that for 16 nights we had a 7:30am wakeup call that lasted all day of drilling and banging for renovations and construction in the building. We asked about moving but there was no option to do so.

住宿期間，晚間突發性停電導致不少房客無法入房（電子房卡），房務人員處理緩慢（我們於黑暗的大廳等待超過5hrs，才前來處理），雖用備用鑰匙打開房門，但房客依舊「抹黑住宿」，無任何其他處理及慰問、直到天亮才回覆供電。
希望後續針對緊急情況有好的處置。”

“We booked a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed for 4 guests. Yet the room assigned was literally next to the cemetery with views of tombs and you could clearly see the names. We asked to move as our children were rather startled. The staff was helpful and moved us into two rooms as all one bedroom suite was full. Cleaniness needs to be improved. Room is spacious in French hotel room standards. Staff were all helpful and friendly. ”
