“Best pool on the whole west side ”

“I think the room offered to me had not been used by other guests for quite some time. so there are some dirts in the 🛀 bathtub. they have shower room and the tub. one comes with shower gel (blue color one) but the other comes with a transparent one, which, be frank, i cannot be sure if that is shampoo? or all-in-one😅”

“Staff were excellent and a highlight of the stay. Room was very nice and had one issue with aircon and they upgraded me immediately. For what I required it was perfect. Staff went over and above to ensure I was happy.”

“Das Haus war ein schönes, traditionell Mauritianisches Haus, mit riesiger, überdachter Veranda, und mit allem ausgestattet was man sich wünschen kann. Nicht mehr ganz neu, aber alles funktionierte perfekt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, Supermärkte und kleine Restaurants in 5 Minuten zu erreichen, auch sonst verkehrsmäßig super angebunden. Haushälterin und Gärtner waren einfach super lieb, da wurde der Aufenthalt noch mal angenehmer. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer, schnell und unkompliziert. Vor……

“1st night no hot water. Geyser didn’t work. Aircons don’t work. Cockroaches in room. No soaps, shampoo, etc. They don’t accept cards and only told me this when I wanted to settle my bill the night prior to check out. The owner insisted on me walking almost 2km to go withdraw cash at 9pm. Which was a major inconvenience. I will never stay there again. NEVER!!!”
