「Two couples on our 70's stayed for two nights in June. Communication was great, .with Diana andwering all of our detailed questions. Checkin was easy. The facility and setting was as described: clean, very well supplied and charming. Our favorite feature was the shaded patio overlooking the Shell Rock river. The deck above was not as impressive. A steakhouse and pub are witin easy walking distance. A walking path along the river leads to a nice park and war memorial. Some of us attended water...

Accomodations were perfect for our 5 adults and two kids. Upstairs with the two double beds was perfect for the family. We will definitely choose to stay here again the next time we visit.」

「The loft was perfect for our family. Kitchen was limited but since we were in town visiting family, it wasn't really needed. There was plenty of space for our family. Well stocked and clean. Owner was very responsive and attentive. Great stay! 」

「Beautiful little house in Waverly, right down the street from Waverly's businesses and dining options. Convenient parking in the driveway and a fenced in yard. Stairs to the second floor are a little steep, so be sure to hold the railing!」

「This property is ideal in that it is clean and safe and so close to downtown, however the dryer was broken and I didn't find that out until I had two loads of wet clothes, so that was a negative. Overall though I will be returning because it is such a cozy, clean, and updated spot. The gated parking is a clear pro.」

「It was a wonderful experience. The house is amazing and provides for every need and want. We had 13 family members from 8 years of age up to retirement and it was comfortable for all. We all loved the pool, the game room and spacious living areas, as well as having plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all. It was perfect for our family reunion. 」
