This charming house of 82 m², which can accommodate up to 6 people, is located in the heart of the hamlet of De Coriolan, a few minutes from the village of Plan-de-la-tour.
Calm and tranquillity are the key words! As soon as you arrive, you will be away from it all.
The house offers a large living/dining room opening onto a fully equipped open plan kitchen.
On the ground floor, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a shower room with washbasin and toilet.
On the first floor, a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and bathroom with bath, toilet and washbasin.
A third bedroom with a double bed and a single bunk bed. A bathroom with bath, toilet and washbasin.
Large terrace for your meals, aperitifs and lazing around and enjoy a magical view of the vineyards and hills.
3 air-conditioned rooms, 3 bathrooms, it's one of the strong points of this house!
The residential swimming pool is just a few metres from the house and for tennis lovers, you will be next door! Large secured swimming pool with paddling pool for the happiness of the little ones.
But also two tennis courts, a petanque court, a volleyball court.

2 km away, discover the peaceful Provencal village of Plan-de-la-Tour, where a certain "douceur de vivre" reigns. It is also the starting point for superb walks.
Le Plan-de-la-Tour has all the shops you need for everyday life: an excellent butcher's shop in the centre of the village, 2 bakeries/pastry shops, an old barn in the main street where you can find excellent local fruit and vegetables, 2 mini-markets, 2 wine cellars, a hardware shop, a newsagent's, bars and restaurants, the weekly Thursday market with all the local producers (poultry, eggs, fruit and vegetables, goat's cheese...).
About 10 km away, you will enjoy all the activities of Sainte-Maxime: beach, water sports, fine wines and restaurants, weekly market on Tuesdays and Fridays, "Aqualand" water park, "Accrobranche" adventure park for the pleasure of young and old alike.
For golf enthusiasts, you will quickly reach the Bluegreen golf course of Sainte-Maxime which undoubtedly offers you one of the most beautiful views of the Bay of St-Tropez. Enjoy the scents of Provence by challenging the 18-hole course in an exceptional setting.
