「If you like quiet and secluded this is the perfect place for you! Since there wasn’t a welcome book- Deb answered all my questions in timely manner. The restaurant was closed and the washer and dryers were broken - all of which was not Deb’s fault. The listing also had a hot tub and hairdryer which we weren’t present. However the pool and shower were wonderful!」

「The cabin was as pictured But we had no check in info before we arrived just a note that we could check in early. So we had to email the owner/property manager for lock combo. Unsettling because there aren’t many options if we couldn’t get into our room in Everglades city. Fortunately he responded within 15-20 minutes Which seemed like forever. 「Great property on the water, but renters should be warned that Stan's bar is just across the canal, and the bands are really loud... all day long. The unit is could use upgrades throughout, especially in the master bath and kitchen. The photos in the listing make the space seem a lot newer and lighter than it is. 「Goodland is awesome for: -guiet peaceful neighborhood by day - evenings full of music( in season) -fresh fish from Kirk's -access to shelling and fishing trips right down the road at the boat park. -Marco Island 15 minute drive away. The house was well equipped, very clean and the golf cart was great for going to the boat park and restaurants . Hosts were quick to help with questions and a cooler. Great stay! -taking the Hemingway ferry to Keewaydin Island.」

「The place we stayed in Naples was god. The unit is in a resort-complex that was once a high-end facility with numerous amenities. It does show it's age. The pool is exceptionally large and beautiful. The units were located a 10 minute drive from 2 national/state parks where we saw manatees and a variety of native birds. Overall, it was a good deal for the price.」

「The history of the property is stunning and still present in the hall, as the bar room. We can recommend staying at this historic place. Inhale the original wall paintings in the bar room. So we are happy, we did so. Expectations regarding the rooms should not be too high. On the positive, still with solid, historic furniture. Good. At some parts a little further maintenance might help to improve customer experiance. Regardless, the room was clean and staff was very friendly and helpfull....
