「Phenomenal Stay. Everything was exceptional. The name says it all. Super Fabulous and very classy place. I had an amazing experienced that exceeds my expectation. The staff went above and beyond. Rooms was very comfortable, relaxing and the whole place was immmaculately clean and the service was unparalleled. 「Always book here whenever staying in Caloocan. Location is safe, and accessible. There is always security and you always feel safe. The area and building and room is neat, tidy, and staff is super friendly. The owner Sarah and staff is very professional and check-in/out is always a breeze. I will definitely be booking again next visit in Caloocan! Maraming Maraming Salamat po!! 」

「Avoid the restaurant at all costs... 90% of the menu is unavailable including ALL alcoholic beverages except 1 cheap wine option. Even though ALL the liquors and wines are displayed, they are for display only. The rest of the hotel was absolutely phenomenal and in a perfect location. Staff was amazing and the room was better than other places in Manila. I will stay here every time in the future. But I will just avoid dinning there. But there are amazing restaurants near by so this is not...

「The room was very clean, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Overall it was a nice place to stay. However, the building is on a very busy road, and it's exceptionally loud and noisy with all of the traffic. The only other negative is the shower. While it did have hot water which is great, the shower would alternate from cold water, to warm, to scalding hot, and back to cold, about every two to three minutes, and then the water would stop flowing completely for a few minutes, but...

「The dining and living room furniture is uncomfortable. The balcony is unusable due to the air conditioning unit being placed on the balcony. The overall space was smaller then anticipated from the photos (I don't think all of the photos were of this unit). We had to supply our own bath tissue, paper towels, dish detergent,laundry detergent...」
