「Glenn was extremely nice and very accommodating. The location is very convenient as you can just take a bridge to the SM mall that will have anything you need. The property was very clean and had everything most westerners are custom to. The huge fridge, fast wifi, and air conditioning were very nice to have. 「The property does not have breakfast, which i paid for as an option. The property also will not work with clients since they refused to refund the breakfast they did not serve but listed on the listing. The sheets smelled like cigarettes and had stains. The toilets were stained and missing a seat. And the whole bathroom smelled like a sewer. Left after one night and only stayed that long to find a different place to stay.」

Another bathroom only has a half glass panel without a curtain or door making the area too wet after a shower. And the way to the house was quite complex. But would still recommend the place for temporary accommodation.」
