「A lovely hotel in a nice area and very close to amazing cathedral and city centre. Room was extremely comfortable and clean. Staff friendly and the breakfast offered a wide variety of extremely fresh foods.」

「Very good value. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable, although a little dated, but I guess that is relative when staying in a 1000 year old town. We would definitely stay here again!」

「酒店位於中心地帶，方便逛街，晚上教堂有光影show，很好。但住宿一般原因是沒冷氣。 Coz my own careless, i think it has the A/C, but it hasn't. So we need to open the window and use the fan provided by the Hotel. But the people in the public area chat loud until midnight. So, not sleep well. Besides that, it's good.」

「The hotel is pretty good except reception staff. Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. If you dress more formal,reception staff will welcome you more, otherwise they go through SOP and treat you coldly. 」
