「We used the automated check in and they emailed me to code to the wrong room, so I walked in on a poor woman in her underwear. This is a serious security and privacy issue. I called and someone answered right away, so we only waited about ten minutes before they called back and gave me the code to a different, vacant room. Otherwise the stay was fine. 「This is a really lovely hotel in a great location. Beautiful spacious room. Large bathroom with a bath. It was very quiet in the hotel and no noise from the surrounding streets. Carparking was easy....there was a lift down to the underground garage. I would definitely stay here again.」

「The rooms were a decent size and were clean. However we were by a busy road so it could be noisy sometimes. They didn't provide an iron, only an ironing service is provided at a cost! I mentioned that it was my sisters 40th birthday in a message before we arrived but it was ignored. The staff were friendly but not that helpful. The hotel was located by a decent choice of restaurants and just by the beach which was nice.」

We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that, but it's close to lots of cafes and bars etc. The only comment was the shallow shower tray meant the bathroom got very wet and we struggled to keep it dry. A small fridge would have been ideal as well as it can get very hot in Santander.」
