The Residence features four spacious bedrooms, offering timeless sophistication and refined comfort, perfect for family gatherings, celebrations, or extended stays. Aurora Suite provides two queen beds, a private bathroom, and a kitchenette, designed to feel uplifting and radiant. Serenity Suite mirrors Aurora with two queen beds, a private bathroom, and a kitchenette, offering a soothing and restorative atmosphere.

All three accommodations are located within the same estate grounds, just minutes apart, allowing guests to enjoy seclusion while remaining conveniently close to one another. This thoughtful layout makes the Harmony Residence Estate ideal for family reunions, corporate retreats, or milestone celebrations. With space for up to 16 guests, the estate offers a seamless blend of intimacy, elegance, and mountain serenity.

Pet Policy
We love pets at The Sanctuary on Equestrian! A pet fee of $149 per pet, per stay (excluding local taxes) applies.

Seasonal Amenities
During the spring, summer, and fall months, guests reserving the entire estate enjoy exclusive access to one of our tennis courts, six basketball courts, and the outdoor swimming pool. When individual units are booked, these amenities are shared with other guests.

Estate Options
The Sanctuary on Equestrian offers multiple units located just minutes apart within the property. Each unit can be booked separately depending on your needs, or you may reserve the entire estate, which can accommodate up to 16 guests. Conveniently situated just two hours from New York City and close to major camping sites and ski resorts, the estate is ideal for families, milestone celebrations, or group retreats seeking both privacy and connection.
