「Check in was a mess. The main entrance is being remodeled. We jad to go in the side door. The side doors were unlocked. We stayed in the aisle of the unlocked entrance and didnt really feel as safe as we.should have felt. We booked 2 rooms from through Expedia. The desk said only one came through. I showed my receipt. He had to dig a bit and found our we did have two rooms. He put a note for the next oerson not to try andncharge for the room. I had to call the next day and have the charge...

「comfortable, clean, excellent staff - special thanks to Jignes at front desk who assisted us with changing the bed sheets that were discovered stained when going to bed. He was unable to get housekeeping at that time of night and had no other king rooms to move us to - so he got clean replacement sheets and assisted with changing the bed himself. Breakfast was excellent. Thank you.」
