"We had 14 wonderful days in Jean Marc's house. We had a very friendly welcome in this great house right on the cliffs of Treveneuc. An unforgettable view, picturesque sunsets and the peace and quiet that Brittany vacationers want. The house has been lovingly renovated, well equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. Our dogs loved the vacation and we all had to leave with a heavy heart. With his friendly, open-minded and courteous manner, Jean Marc made both our stay and our departure as easy...

"Comfortabel spacious appartement with spectacular views."

"Nous avons passés un agréable sejour. L'espace collectif est spacieux, lumineux, fonctionnelle et la décoration agréable. La maison est conforme a l'annonce. Par contre nous avons eu des aleas (exemple internet qui ne fonctionne pas, les contenaires a poubelles deja plein a notre arrivée)et le proprietaire na pas repondu ni aux messages ni au téléphone...manque de communication sur place. Pour finir le menage etait sommaire a notre arrivée. Et abritel nous a dit que nous n'avions pas a faire...

Je ne crois pas au dégât des eaux , excuse honteuse, propriétaire sans scrupule...Impossible de trouver une autre réservation , tout était complet Très mauvaise expérience avec Abritel malgré l'assurance à laquelle nous pouvions prétendre....Je ne recommande pas et ne compte pas en rester là... "Le séjour a été très agréable. Le gîte correspond parfaitement à un besoin d'être dans un lieu au calme au milieu des champs. L'intérieur est super accueillant et une ambiance zen avec du mobilier récent rend l'endroit chaleureux.Le jardin est magnifique et permet de bouquiner à l'ombre des arbres La localisation permet de visiter beaucoup de villages plein de charme sans dépasser 30 minutes de route. "

Refait à neuf avec goût et simplicité, les pieces à vivres, chambres et salles de bains sont spacieuses, propres et fonctionnelles pour accueillir 3 couples, 3 enfants et 2 bébés sans être l'étroit. Le jardin arboré est tout aussi agréable pour profiter du beau temps. L'accès à la plage est direct via une piste cyclable, compter une petite demi-heure à pieds ou 5 minutes en voiture. "Gite très bien agencé dans un environnement calme et disposant de tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour. On s'approprie instantanément des lieux et l'on s'y sent comme chez soi. Le salon au calme et donnant sur la cour intérieure permet de passer d'agréables moments. Notre hôte Philippe était aux petits soins, soucieux de nous offrir les meilleures conditions. Le Sentier des douaniers avec la magnifique vue sur la baie de Saint Brieuc est tout proche. De nombreuses balades...

"villa joliment décorée et meublée. Beaucoup de place pour une famille (6 ad et 2 enfants). Un très bon accueil. Sa situation proche de la plage est un plus. Très grande piscine mais avec un seul regret sa profondeur qui n'est pas idéale pour les petits enfants (il faudrait le préciser dans le descriptif je pense). Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille et nous vous conseillons cette villa."

"A superb property and fantastic value for money for our one week stay. A simple and spacious property that was a fantastic base for us to explore Cote d'Armor. The only reason i have not given 5 stars was the close proximity to the host family and the shared garden. A private outdoor space would make it 5 stars easily. "

"The hotel and staff were lovely. However, it states in the description, and on their website, that there is a restaurant and that it was open on a Sunday. It is not open on a Sunday and it is next door. The breakfast area of the hotel, does some snacks, both hot and warm, which was a relief after a long day of driving, because we did not want to drive to get dinner. "

"John and I are in our 70s and stayed at The Manoir du Roselier with our daughter and son-in-law. I can honestly say that we have stayed in many wonderful hotels over our 54 years together but this one is way beyond exceptional. The rooms had many wow factors, our bathroom and the one adapted for those with disabilities were thoughtfully designed with top quality units and facilities. The lighting everywhere was superb, modern but sympathetic to the style of the original manoir, the beds comfortable. Everywhere was scrupulously clean and designed to be able to keep it that way. Breakfast was amazing with tastes of local dishes (kouigin amann and far breton) a selection of local cheeses and a wonderful array of breads and pastries as well as fruit and yogurt. As we were only there for one Sunday night, we were unable to use the restaurant for an evening meal, but the cocktails were delightful (which we enjoyed with a game of Scrabble!) Of course the location is superb too, we had sea views which added to the joy of our stay. The staff were attentive and friendly. Thank you for such a memorable visit. We certainly want to return! "
