「Chambre propre, personnel très accueillant, bon petit déjeuner. Attention il n'est pas possible de prendre l'ascenseur en soirée pour certaines chambres-se le faire préciser à la réservation ?- les chambres étant réparties et séparées par la réception fermée le soir. Très bon emplacement dans le centre de Wittlich. C'est la 2e fois que je réserve ici et je garde précieusement les coordonnées pour un éventuel prochain séjour à Wittlich 」

「Sehr freundlicher Service, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. 」

「Zeer vriendelijk en voldoende personeel, uitstekend ontbijtbuffet, verzorgd buitenbad. Geen slagboom bij entree, iedereen kan zo het terrein oprijden, beschadigd schilderwerk, zeer warm in hotelkamer (er is geen airco) en restaurants voor grote groepen, doen massaal aan. Schoonmaak kamer alleen op verzoek, je kunt wel handdoeken wisselen bij de receptie. Ligging in prachtige streek, je moet wel wat verder rijden (min. 30 min.) voor de bezienswaardigheden. Maar al met al een fijne vakantie...

「Wir hatten einen tollen Kurzurlaub. Das Frühstück war klein aber lecker. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, das Zimmer angenehm groß und wir wurden sehr gut für Aktivitäten außerhalb der Unterkunft beraten. Es war rundum ein toller Aufenthalt.」

「Große, moderne und sehr saubere Wohnung mit Küche. Es fehlte an nichts und ich habe mich sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Balkon und Aussicht vom Zimmer war ebenfalls vorhanden. Top!」

「The hotel is very unique and lovely. The room was large and we loved the balcony , really beautiful view of the castle. The bed was comfy with really big pillows, which appear to be normal in Germany. Location is ideal and the staff helped us with our parking , as there was a wine festival on, which shut off some parking. Breakfast was first class with lots of variety and the staff looked after us really well.」

「Arrivé à 18h le vendredi, j’ai due comprendre que le Check in se faisait dans un autre bâtiment qui s’occupait de la tyrolienne, mini golf et restauration rapide, c’est tellement logique. Ensuite, le personnel très agréable, ne parle pas un mot d’anglais (dommage pour un établissement hôtelier). Mais après on ne peut pas demander une a gentille serveuse de parler anglais, chacun son métier, je pense plutôt que la direction devrait mettre les bonnes personnes au bon endroit.
