Points positifs :Vue superbe sur la plage de Val-André,le calme .Points négatifs:L'appartement aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement(papiers peints,robinetterie) et d'un grand ménage de fond ! La rue est très en pente (à pieds ,être en forme!)

La Lagune "Un appartement très bien situé avec une vue magnifique sur la plage et la mer. La terrasse n'est pas ensoleillée. La description et les photos sont exactes. Un rafraîchissement serait à prévoir, plus quelques petits travaux (salle bain à revoir, qq carreaux de carrelage sont manquants) ainsi que les couverts etc...
La personne qui nous a accueilli ne connaissait pas le logement, ni ses environs.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour sous le soleil breton."

Nice Place
Eine sehr tolle Lage etwas oben am Berg, etwas außerhalb der Stadtmitte aber irgendwie doch relativ zentral gelegen. Eigentlich war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Das einzige was etwas genervt hat war Anfangs der Urin Geruch von den Babymatratzen und Auflagen die auf dem einen Schlafzimmer Schrank lagen. Nachdem wir diese dann auf den Balkon gestellt haben war es gut. Auf dem Balkon hatte man es nicht gerochen.
Das eine Schlafzimmer ist etwas beengt und klein aber Ok, das andere war etwas geräumiger.
Beide Schlafzimmer haben große Betten, wobei das eine Bett sehr niedrig ist.
Desweiteren sollte man wissen dass die Wohnung jemanden Privates gehört und somit auch Lebensmittel dort zu finden sind und andere Private Untensilien von den man so wie es sich gehört die Finger lässt.
Hatten wir in der Wohnung davor auch.
Ansonsten eine ganz tolle Wohnung mit einer kleinen Kochzeile mit allem was benötigt wird.
Der Strand befindet sich im Durchschnitt ca. 3 Bergab Gehminuten entfernt. Der Rückweg ist dafür etwas Steil Bergauf.
Zu unserem Reise Zeitpunkt war Nebensaison und die Wohnung und ihre Umgebung sehr ruhig.
Zu der Wohnung gibt es keinen Lift es sind ca. 20 Treppenstufen relativ breiter Treppenaufgang. Parkplätze gibt es keine, geparkt wird auf der Straße wo Platz ist.
Alles im allen eine tolle Wohnung die wir jederzeit wieder buchen würden.

Appartement très bien situé, avec une vue magnifique sur la baie !
Terrasse bien sympa, appartement fonctionnel. Un ménage de fond serait néanmoins nécessaire, ainsi qu'un rafraichissement des pièces ( coin cuisine, chambres).
Malgré cela, nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette location.
