「A nice local hotel with good facilities, nice view. But staff are not helpful, bed lamp was out of order, I called but staff said will send someone turn out no on show up or follow my case.
Staff responsible for cleaning, trying not let the customer to use the lift, which is quite not untrained and in professional.
No English signage, guides and the staff does not speak English, so beware if you have this concern. Other than those, this hotel is pretty nice on its facilities.」
