We propose you to the rent, on the commune of Ploubazlanec, this charming lodging to 800 meters of the port of Paimpol, on the road of the island of Bréhat, of a surface of 87 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 41 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 500 m² and a terrace of 30 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation of full feet is composed in the following way:
Day space:
- A living room of 41 m² with flat screen TV, sofa, armchairs and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Tassimo pod coffee maker and a classic moulinex filter coffee maker
- A storeroom
Night space:
- Bedroom 1: parental, open on the terrace with a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: open to the terrace with two single beds (90×200).
- Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- A bathroom with bathtub.
- A shower room with shower.
- Separate toilet.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A beautiful unenclosed garden of 500 m², facing South.
- A 30 m² south-facing terrace with furniture and a pergola to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Ploubazlanec, in a very pleasant and quiet environment within a residential area. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential stores but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- Many historical sites nearby: Domaine de La Roche Jagu, Beauport Abbey, Temple of Lanleff, Sillon de Talbert...
- Discover the island of Bréhat and the Seven Islands.
- Sporting activities : you can enjoy the Pink Granite Coast and go hiking on the GR 34 which goes around the Breton coast. For the lovers of water sports, Brittany is the ideal place, boat renting, diving, fishing initiation, walking in the sea (longe côte)...

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly under the car-port which can accommodate 2 vehicles.

- Nearest airport: Saint-Brieuc airport located about 35 minutes away by car.
- Bus: bus stop 5 minutes away on foot.
