This house facing south will seduce you with its stone walls and large garden with trees and flowers. Very quiet and yet close to shops and the sea, it will allow you to enjoy your holidays in peace.
Covering an area of 30 m², this house includes:
- 1 living room with dining area, 1 double sofa bed /
- an equipped independent kitchen
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed
- 1 bathroom with shower and toilet
- 1 garden with garden furniture, barbecue, deckchair,
The rental includes an internet access. Animals are not allowed. Non-smoking rental.
Only 700m from the beach of Pors Don, Ploubazlanec and 300m from the shops, you can enjoy an environment conducive to relaxation, water sports (swimming, catamaran, windsurfing ...) and proximity to the town of Paimpol (3 km) with its fishing port and marina in the city center.
Other remarks:
The regulation of the town of Ploubazlanec requires travelers to pay a visitor's tax of 0.80 € per night and per person.
