Architect-designed villa with stunning sea views, facing the vast white sand beach of Plouescat.

This contemporary villa is designed to accommodate 6 people thanks to its 3 bedrooms, including 2 ground-floor bedrooms (one with a 160x200cm bed, the other with two 90x190cm beds), each with its own toilet and bathroom. Bedding will be changed in December 2024. An electric car charging station (7.4kW) with a 5-meter cable is located in the garage.

Upstairs, a large bedroom (160x200cm bed) overlooks the beach and offers a private bathroom with a shower and a 2-person whirlpool bath facing the sea, ideal for relaxing in peace and quiet.

A garage provides parking for your vehicle. It is equipped with a 3.7kW electric car charging station. We also provide 2 adult bicycles with a child seat, a teenager's bicycle, and a child's bicycle. Helmets are provided. You also have access to a two-person kayak and a stand-up paddleboard. Life jackets are provided.

The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living and dining area, which offer panoramic views of Porsmeur beach and Porsguen harbor.

Opposite the living area, a large terrace furnished with sun loungers allows you to relax while enjoying the splendid 180° view. At the rear, a second terrace, equipped with garden furniture, opens onto an enclosed garden.

The villa is brand new for your comfort. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, and all necessary crockery and utensils. In the living room, the large flat-screen TV has satellite reception.

Other amenities: Wi-Fi, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, duvets and pillows, bed linen provided (beds made before your arrival), baby equipment including a travel cot and high chair.

From the villa, you can take the coastal path that runs along the shoreline, enjoy the supervised beach (the lifeguard station is 100m away), take a lesson at the sailing center (a 5-minute walk away)...
Plouescat is one of the most beautiful spots in Brittany for kitesurfing, land sailing, kayaking, catamaran sailing...

At low tide, horse races are held in the Bay of Kernic in August.

The town center of Plouescat is 4km away, accessible by bike path. Among the shops, you'll find a cinema, a casino, bakeries, a butcher, two supermarkets, a florist...

A swimming school also offers lessons in the sea and in the pool, as well as aquagym in the sea.

A market takes place a 5-minute walk away every Sunday morning and on Saturdays in the village of Plouescat.
