    "Dolce Vita" is a charming semi-detached house of 120 m2 spread across 2 levels, accommodating a maximum of 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. On the ground floor, the welcoming living and dining area features an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and direct access to the garden. The fully equipped kitchen also opens onto the garden and provides a comfortable and functional space for meal preparation. A bathroom with WC completes the ground floor layout.

    The top floor is accessed via a steep staircase and offers 3 distinct sleeping areas. An open gallery with a rooflight houses 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A first room with sloping ceilings and a rooflight also contains 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A second room with sloping ceilings is fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A separate WC is also available on this floor. Please be aware that some sleeping areas, including the gallery, are located in open-plan spaces rather than enclosed bedrooms.
