Appartement au Château de Locqueran - Mer

Surrounded by greenery, with a magnificent view over the port of Audierne and the Goyen, come and enjoy the absolute peace and charm of the Château de Locqueran and its private park. Near Audierne, on the garden level, we offer this charming 36 m² flat for rent, which can accommodate up to 2 people. It comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a good-sized bedroom, a shower room and a 30 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² living room with sofa and TV (chromecast connection)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC

Outside area :
- A private, semi-enclosed 30 m² garden with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- A 3-hectare private park with a view of the port of Audierne and the Goyen.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: Iron and ironing board, washing machine, hoover, cleaning products, etc.

The flat is ideally located in Plouhinec, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the accommodation's private car park (several spaces available).
There are also parking spaces in the street leading to the château and along the harbour, in the Place du Marché car park.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Public transport: Bus routes to Quimper, Douarnenez and Pointe-du-Raz. Information and timetables available from the tourist office.
- Nearest train station: Quimper 36 km (45 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Brest 95 km (1h40 by car)
