Typical Breton granite house

This beautiful granite stone house was completely renovated in 2013 and offers sleeping space for 6 people. Your children can easily play in the 5000 m² garden. No disturbing neighbors. The house is at the exit of the village, 1 km away you will find a bar and post office. A supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, hairdresser, restaurant and petrol station are 2 km away. The sea and the beautiful beaches of Cleder and Plouescat can be reached in just 10 minutes by car.
Ground floor: entrance area with cloakroom and cordless telephone. A storage room with washer and dryer. A separate toilet with sink. A bathroom with a large walk-in shower. A large living room (approx. 40m2) with a fireplace, comfortable sofas, large flat screen TV (with French and German programs, Netflix), DVD player, reading corner with armchair and rocking chair. Kitchen with dining room and stairs leading to the upper floor.
Upper floor: 3 bedrooms with large double beds (180 x 200). In all rooms there is the possibility to push the beds apart to have 2 single beds (90 x 200). In each room is a TV with french programs, in the middle bedroom is Netflix available. A bathroom with shower and toilet. We provide you with bed linen free of charge.
Outside: terrace with garden furniture and barbecue in a large private garden (5000 m2). Parking in the yard behind the house.
During the heating period we´ll charge the electricity 0.30€ kWh. It will be paid at the end of your stay. We´ll check the electricity meter.
